David has extensive experience in humanitarian and development work including Emergency response, Counseling, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights Programming and Child Protection. David holds a Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Science Degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from Ibadan University, Nigeria, an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Community Based Work with Children and Youth from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Before joining the NGO sector, David worked as a psychologist for the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. He also worked as a lecturer at Africa University and was a student advisor and counsellor for Zimbabwe Open University.

Gugulethu is a results-driven humanitarian and development practitioner with more than 4 years’ experience in humanitarian and development work with the following areas of specialization: disaster risk management, humanitarian responses, monitoring and evaluation, child protection; strategic planning; programme design, disability inclusion, mental health and psychosocial support, evaluations and innovation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Disaster Management from the National University of Science and Technology, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematical statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
