Jeanne K. Ndyetabura

Mrs. Jeanne K. Ndyetabura is a retired civil servant, having worked with the Ministry of Health and Social welfare, within the Department of Social Welfare as: The Assistant Commissioner for Social Welfare – Head of Family & Child Welfare/Protection and Early Childhood Development Section. In this capacity, she was, among other things; Responsible for initiating the development of policies, strategies, and guidelines for implementation and quality improvement of services related to family and child welfare/protection and ECD. During the last 21 years of working in social welfare, she has been involved in improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups including vulnerable children; destitute families affected by HIV/AIDS and other social calamities; People with disabilities and the elderly. She is a Social Worker by profession, with a Masters Degree in Social Work from McGill University, School of Social Work in Montreal, CA. She and has worked extensively as counsellor, family therapist; trainer, National level facilitator for psychosocial care and support, caretaking skills, community based identification of MVC and child protection. She has also been involved in National level processes including:
- Development of the National Strategy for Community based Care, Support and Protection of Most Vulnerable Children – MVC
- Development of the National Social Protection Framework – a member of National Social Protection Technical Working Group.
- Mainstreaming psychosocial care and support in support and other services to MVC and
- Development of national guidelines for MVC Psychosocial care and Support
- Caretaking skills training for MVC caregivers in child or elderly headed households
- Development and strengthening the national child protection system in Tz
Among other responsibilities until retirement, she has coordinated the: Community-Based Care Support and protection of most vulnerable children programme which is a nationwide initiative to curb the plight of Most vulnerable children in Tanzania. Currently she’s a freelance consultant in child/family welfare/protection related issues
Happiness Godwell Mmbando

Ms. Happiness Godwell Mmbando has 14 years on Human Resources experience, focused on developing efficient processes. Helping employees align with business objectives, proficient at organizing training & development, and team building initiatives to cement goals and drive competitive growth.
She helps clients, peers, and subordinates recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as “A” players by addressing career strategy, leadership development, professional positioning, and visibility. She has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to their organizations. She has also led innovative initiatives to build organization culture to effective performance, counselling and facilitate Quality Management System (QMS) audit.
She has worked with AMREF in 2006 on HIV data collections, joined Social Security Pension Funds (2007-2020) in a capacity as Human Resources Advisor. She is also HR Analyst, Counsellor, QMS Auditor and Peer Educator.
Ernest N. Tarimo
Ernest N. Tarimo is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been actively involved in the accounting profession as a tutor and a co-author of a book in 2000 on Financial Management for the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). He has held senior managerial positions both in public and private institutions including: SUMATRA (Director Corporate Affairs & Project Co-ordinator for East African Trade and Transport Facilitation Project); Social Action Trust Fund (Finance & Administration Manager) for 9 years dealing with AIDS Orphans and Most Vulnerable Children’s education grants; Kaka Management Consultants (Financial Consultant – Divestiture); Cargill Tanzania (Chief Accountant); Lonrho Tanzania (Project Accountant); Board of Internal Trade (Management Accountant). Currently the Chairman of Agriculture Resources Supply Limited.
Peter Stephen Massesa
Peter Stephen Massesa is a holder of Master of Science in Community Economic Development, a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Adult Education. Massesa worked within the ministry of education as teacher, tutor and District Adult education coordinator. He has more than ten years experience in managing medium to large size grant projects. He worked with different organizations that include: Plan International, Agakhan Foundation, REPSSI and Word Education Bantawana. He was responsible for Programme Planning, Management, Leadership, Monitoring & Evaluation, Coordination and linkage, partnership relationship management and Team Building. Capacity Building, Facilitation, Training Of Trainers, Community/Social Development activities, Child Rights, Child Protection & Gender advocacy, Psychosocial training.
Mrs Edwick Mapalala holds a Master’s Degree in Social work and Community Economic Development has 20 years’ experience working with different vulnerable groups. She has been working with REPSSI since 2005 to date. Edwick has supported development of training materials and PSS guidelines for different countries were REPSSI work. She is a good facilitator with wide experience on Psychosocial support trainings. Through REPSSI she has experience of developing such documents.
Karesma Mushi is a motivated Social Worker by proffession specilizing in bringing value to clients and fostering positive relations among them. She has been working as a Program Officer since 2007 and has been working tirelesly in completing programs and projects on time as well as focusing on organisation’s long term growth. Karesma Mushi graduated from University of Dar es Salaam in 2002 and was awarded Bachelor degree in Sociology with honours, Then in 2014, she graduated at Kampala International University and was awarded Masters Degree in Development Studies. Currently Karesma is the in charge of furthering READY+ program in Tanzania overseeing day to day operations of the programme. Additionally, she is also involved in other REPSSI programmes in Tanzania. With over 13 years of experience in the field of Psychosocial Support Karesma Mushi is well positioned to bring strong value while increasing productivity through excellent oversight, focus on growth and fostering a healthy organization environment that continue to promote the psychosocial wellbeing and mental wellbeing of children and young people.
